Our Story

Founded in 1985 by Max and Jeanine Griffin, Action Electric was established with the goal of providing unparalleled service with a highly trained workforce. Over the years, we have expanded into a multi-branch company, employing a diverse group of talented professionals who are passionate about being innovators in the industry.

Apprenticeship and Training

In 1997, we established a state-approved Independent Electrical Contractors (I.E.C.) apprenticeship and journeyman training school. Our four-year training program is recognized by the State of Montana Apprenticeship and Training Program and the National Apprenticeship and Training Bureau. Our students attend weekly classes and are taught by state-appointed electrical inspectors and journeyman electricians.

Safety

At Action Electric, we are committed to promoting safety at all levels. We believe that safety is our top priority, and we ensure that our team members undergo regularly scheduled safety and equipment training, as well as 8 hours of electrical code training per year. With a minimum of four years of on-the-job experience, journeyman license, and mandatory drug screening, our customers can rest assured that our team members are qualified and trustworthy.
