• 1900 Arch, Philadelphia, PA: We were responsible for permanent power distribution, tenant electrical metering, emergency power generation, interior and exterior lighting, interior power, voice and data systems, security systems, and fire alarm systems for this 14-story, 255-unit luxury apartment complex.
• Comcast Technology Center, Philadelphia, PA: We provided power distribution, lighting, telecommunication, and fire alarm services for this 1,121-foot-tall building, the tallest in Philadelphia and the 9th tallest in the United States.
• Drexel Summit Building, Philadelphia, PA: We are providing all of the electrical services for this three-tiered mixed-use property, including the main power, emergency power, digital antenna system, and lighting for the building.
• The Wistar Institute, Philadelphia, PA: We utilized AutoCAD to coordinate with other trades and plan for complex installations for the renovation of its vivarium facility and the construction of a new seven-story research tower.
• Kimpton Hotel Monaco, Pittsburgh, PA: We provided temporary and permanent power distribution, emergency systems, lighting, and power systems, the fire alarm system, and the security, voice and data system for the renovated facility.
