Your need is our expertise

The National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Eastern Illinois Chapter is dedicated to representing the interests of the electrical contracting industry. Our mission is to promote positive labor relations, provide and disseminate industry education and information, improve management skills, advocate apprentice and journeyman training, market industry services, and create constructive business environments. We strive to cultivate positive public relations, encourage and promote business ethics, and address technical and installation standards.

At the heart of our organization are our staff members, who work tirelessly to ensure the success of our chapter. Scott Dworschak serves as our Executive Director, negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements and representing the EIL Chapter on JATC and LMCC Committees. Sharon Ruddy is our Office Manager, overseeing accounts for the Chapter Funds, maintaining Chapter Records, and administering the NEBF and LMCC Funds. Marion Quigley is our Administrative Assistant, managing the Chapter's EPR Live Reporting System, administering the LMCC Bond Program, and managing the Drug Testing Fund.

Our chapter offers a range of services, including apprenticeship training, electronic payroll reporting, and workforce reporting. We also provide access to industry contacts, newsletters, and wage sheets. If you are interested in using our electronic payroll reporting system, please contact our office for login information. We are committed to supporting the growth and development of the electrical contracting industry in Eastern Illinois.
