A Positive Experience with a Twist

Initial Quote and Discussion
The review begins with Sandra explaining that all contractors are busy, but Phil took the time to listen to her concerns over the phone. An electrician had visited the property earlier to diagnose the issue, stating that pulling a new line from the main circuit box to the GFI outlet would cost thousands of dollars. Moreover, the drywall repair and painting would add hundreds of dollars to the total bill.
New Solution Discovered
Phil, however, sent an electrician to investigate the issue further, who discovered that tapping into a nearby outlet would be a more cost-effective solution. The contractor returned the next day with another electrician to implement this new solution.
