Confusion and Misrepresentation
Amp Electrical Services has been incorrectly labeled as an HVAC company, with a previous review incorrectly reviewing their services. The company is working to correct this issue.
Poor Service Experience
Kasey McMullin had a terrible experience with the company's service. They were assigned to repair a heating issue through a home warranty, but the technician did not perform any work. After the visit, the temperature in McMullin's home increased to 85 degrees, despite having the fan on. When they tried to contact the company, they did not receive a response. The report from the technician stated that there was no issue with the unit, contradicting the customer's experience.
