Service Quality Issues

Specifically, Graci Hart refused to remove cabinets to access wiring, forcing the customer to do it themselves. This led to additional stress and frustration.
Overpriced Repair

Lack of Transparency
To make matters worse, the company failed to provide an itemized invoice to Denise Elam, despite multiple requests. This lack of transparency has left the customer feeling uncertain and skeptical about the company's business practices.
Service Excellence
On the other hand, Stephanie Darden Bennett had a vastly different experience. Her crew was friendly, fast, and efficient, completing the job in under an hour. They even arrived a day earlier than expected, exceeding the customer's expectations.
