Low-Quality Customer Service Experiences

The following reviews highlight several instances of poor customer service and disappointing experiences with Energized Management (EM), an authorized Generac generator repair center.

A customer, Jason Shaw, had a terrible experience with EM while scheduling a start-up for a new Generac generator. He was given short notice for the start-up, and when he arrived on-site, he was told that a gas technician was needed to adjust some items on the gas line. However, this technician never showed up, and the EM team failed to communicate with him about the status of the service. After multiple requests for a reschedule, Shaw was left frustrated and upset with the lack of communication and poor customer service.

Another customer, Shane Chow, had two bad experiences with EM. In his first instance, he set up an appointment to have his Generac generator repaired, but EM failed to follow up and left him waiting for weeks without any communication. When they finally called him back, they quoted him a high price for a diagnosis without even repairing the generator. Chow felt that this was a waste of his time and expressed disappointment with EM's customer service.
