We deal with Solutions - not Problems!
At Rushing Electric, we take pride in our legacy of providing top-notch electrical contracting services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Founded in 1972 by Tom Rushing, our company has grown from humble beginnings to become the go-to choice for electrical solutions in the region. With over 45 years of experience, we've built a reputation for reliability, integrity, and quality.
Our Story
Tom Rushing began Rushing Electric as a sole proprietorship with two employees, juggling his full-time job and nighttime college classes. As the business grew, Tom incorporated the company in 1985, purchasing a building in Savannah, Georgia, where he relocated the operation. Today, we're still headquartered at the same location, having expanded to a team of 28 employees.
Our expertise spans all aspects of the electrical trade, from restoration work in historic homes to commercial and industrial projects. We've had the privilege of working with esteemed clients, including Hardee's, Burger King, and Popeye's Chicken, to name a few.
