Our founders, Shane Pederson and Jared Ranum, are two cousins who share a common passion for electrical work and a commitment to honesty, integrity, and accountability. Both Shane and Jared have extensive experience in the electrical industry, having worked on various projects ranging from large-scale warehouses and manufacturing facilities to residential homes and grain elevators.

Shane Pederson, one of our founders, graduated from Northwest Technical College - Moorhead with a degree in Construction Electricity. He began his career working for a contractor in the Fargo-Moorhead area, where he was involved in numerous large-scale projects, including warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and grain elevators. Later, he moved to the Mille Lacs area, where he honed his skills as a residential electrician and continued to develop his expertise in commercial projects. Shane holds a Master Electrician License from the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry and a Signals and Lighting Certificate from the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Jared Ranum, our other founder, also graduated from Northwest Technical College - Moorhead with a degree in Construction Electricity. He started his career as an apprentice for a residential electrical contractor before moving on to work for a larger electrical contractor in Moorhead. There, he worked on various commercial projects, including new McDonald's and Applebee's restaurants, mini mall buildouts, office buildings, retail stores, and service work. Jared holds a Master Electrician License in both North Dakota and Minnesota, as well as a Signal and Lighting Certificate from the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
