Our company was founded in 1996 by Jerry Metzler, who had a vision to provide quality service to his customers. Since then, we have grown and expanded our services to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Our goal is to make every customer, no matter the size or type of job, a satisfied customer.
Our History
In 1995, Jerry Metzler was working for a local electrician when work slowed down. Jerry was approached by a local businessman who suggested that he start his own electrical business. Jerry was offered all of the businessman's electrical work if he started his own business. After much thought and consideration, Jerry decided to take the plunge. In January 1996, Jerry bought a van and the necessary tools and started working from his garage, which quickly filled up. Jerry's goal was to make the business successful so that he could one day pass it on to his sons.
As the business grew, Jerry hired his first employee, Mike Metzler, as a helper. Over time, Jerry was able to expand the business and move it to a new location in Green Bay. In 2008, Jerry's goal finally came true when he passed down the business to his sons, Andy and Mike. Today, Metzler Electric, Inc. continues to service the same local businessman who convinced Jerry to start his own business.

Mixed Experiences with Billing and Communication
However, some reviewers have had mixed experiences with the company's billing and communication. Elizabeth Stein was disappointed that she received a random email with the bill instead of a traditional invoice. Brad Galliford was overcharged for an extra hour of work and had to dispute the bill, only to have it partially reimbursed.
