Service and Installation Issues
Many reviewers have expressed dissatisfaction with Aschinger Electric's service and installation. Devin Tolcou was advised by his IT partner to call Aschinger Electric for low voltage needs, but the system hung up on him when prompted to press "0" and then again when he was put on hold. Soterios Vainalis had a keyless entry system installed, but when it stopped working, he struggled to get assistance, citing poor professional behavior from the technicians.
