Poor Customer Service and Unreliable Generators

Dun F. purchased a Generac 10KW generator from Reliant and, despite being a "model" customer by paying for annual services in advance, was left stranded when his generator shut down due to an undervoltage condition. When he contacted Reliant, he was told that they couldn't service it for five weeks, making him wait for an extended period before his issue was addressed.

Heidi S. had an equally appalling experience with Reliant. After they were sold to new owners, the company's quality of service deteriorated significantly. Heidi's issues were not resolved, and she was even charged multiple times for the same unresolved problems. The technicians were argumentative and dishonest, leading her to switch to a different electrician.
